It's been 7 months since we started the business,having both been made redundant at the same time.
In that 7 months we have achieved so much with our customer's help and support.
We're committed to doing things
Absolutely right - an important value for us - and to demonstrate this, we have already;
- Achieved ISO9001 within 9 weeks
- Developed highest possible standard for our staff
- Sue attended an HMRC training course to ensure the finances were in Apple Pie order from day one
- Had approval of our Health & Safety and Risk Assessment documents
- Carried out customer surveys online - and these showed us that we were getting things right.
At the same time, Sue has continued her voluntary work as a Trustee of Birmingham Childrens Hospital Charities and with her fundraising team,generated £1.5 million for the Kidney Kids Appeal.
Paul was recognised for his commitment to local Charities and the Round Table by being nominated as an Honorary President.
Our brand is important to us and at the same time we continue to focus on maintaining our high standards.
We urge you to contact us on 0847 0743325 if we can help with any vehicle delivery or collection requirements.
