- Carried out customer surveys online - and these showed us that we were getting things right.
At the same time, Sue has continued her voluntary work as a Trustee of Birmingham Childrens Hospital Charities and with her fundraising team,generated £1.5 million for the Kidney Kids Appeal.
Paul was recognised for his commitment to local Charities and the Round Table by being nominated as an Honorary President.
